Sarah Czarnecki, OTR/L

Clinical Director

After obtaining a Master's of Science in Occupational Therapy from Utica College, I have dedicated over 7 years to my work at Blythedale Children's Hospital, a specialized rehabilitation hospital for children. Throughout my clinical experience, I have had the opportunity to work with a diverse range of medically complex children - from delicate infants to adolescence. I have gained invaluable experience working in different settings such as inpatient facilities, outpatient clinics, day hospitals, and school-based environments. I then applied my expertise to assist with local early intervention cases before starting this practice in October 2023.

I am a local Hoboken, NJ resident who welcoming my third child in October, 2025. I am very excited to bring my clinical pediatric experience and expertise to local families within their home and natural environments.

I love to collaborate with children and their families to assess therapy goals, adapt tasks, and modify environments to maximize children's participation in play and daily activities

Jackie Pieklo, OTR/L

Pediatric Occupational Therapist

Jackie is a certified occupational therapist based in NJ. She graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 2019 with a bachelors degree in Applied Developmental Psychology. She then continued her education at the University of Pittsburgh's Occupational Therapy program, where she graduated with her doctorate in occupational therapy in 2022. During her graduate program, she gained experience working with children in a variety of settings, including hospitals, outpatient facilities and schools. She also worked at a Spanish-immersion preschool, where she learned conversational Spanish.

Following graduation, she returned to her home state of New Jersey to begin her career as an occupational therapist, continuing to explore the world of pediatrics in an outpatient pediatric facility, schools, sensory gyms, in homes and within the community!

As an occupational therapist, she has adopted a holistic approach to care—recognizing that each child is not an isolated being, but part of a larger dynamic system. She understands that their growth, self and emotional awareness, and engagement are deeply influenced by their environment, family and routines.

Her role is to support not just the child, but the entire community they’re a part of—collaborating closely with caregivers, educators, and other professionals to build meaningful, sustainable strategies that empower children to thrive across all settings.

She has a puppy named Chip, loves to try new foods and is always eager to attend continuing education classes and events to further her expertise and specialized experience as an OT
